target market. Program Implementation has two steps: Preparation and
Execution
Preparation
SalesXpress and LeadsXpress programs require four fundamental Components
for efficient Execution:
- The "value proposition" for the product or service.
- The ROI methodology (ideally with customer examples).
- The target markets and primary contact point in the market.
- The development and testing of telemarketing scripts and Web
site strategies.
Execution
Execution starts as soon as the Preparation phase is complete. Direct
customer contact begins when leads are passed to the sales rep from our
telemarketing activity.
Management and reporting of sales efforts uses a rigorous
methodology. Impact uses a complete
sales pipeline management and planning system that is used by large and
small companies across North America. Clients have real-time access to
sales activities at the individual rep level and a global perspective.
We utilize all contemporary Sales CRM systems.
