James C. Morrison
Jim has over 25 years experience in technology sales and marketing at
many levels including positions with BEA, Oracle and Digital Equipment.
In addition, Jim has managed international operations, co-founded a
successful process control company, was directly involved with the
funding and development of several software companies and has taught
entrepreneurial business development at the University of Massachusetts
as a full time instructor.
Jim holds a BS in Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering from St
Louis University and holds certificates in ERP Manufacturing, several
Effective Selling Programs and International Marketing.
Douglas D. Wood
Doug brings over 25 years of IT experience in marketing and sales with
companies including IBM, Compaq, and BEA Systems, Inc. He has built and
managed a worldwide 350 person sales organization selling hardware,
software and services solutions to corporate engineering divisions. As
the Director of Strategic Alliances he developed and managed an
800-partner organization while at Digital Equipment Corporation.
Recently, as Vice President of a successful Boston startup software
company, he managed their partnerships with the large System Integrators
and ISV Resellers.
Doug has a BSEE from Northeastern University, MBA from The University
of Hartford, and an Executive Leadership Degree from Cornell University.
Thomas M. Donahue
Tom has over 20 years experience in sales and executive sales management
for companies that include Digital Equipment, Compaq, HP, Software AG
and American Power Conversation. He has successfully led large sale
teams with quotas exceeding $100 million and has received numerous club
awards for sales excellence.
He is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with both a BS and
MBA in Finance and Business Management. In addition, he is a Adjunct
Faculty Member at Worcester State College instructing in Business
Information Systems and International Business.

John has over 18 years experience in technology sales and marketing
including 10 years of Sales Management at Compaq. Prior to founding
IMPACT, he was a director and VP of Sales for Stamps.Com and
